Gareth joined the School in 2002. As Head of Third Form, he is responsible for looking after the emotional, academic and social well-being of all Third Form pupils. He is also responsible for the 12+ and 13+ Exams. As Assistant Head, Co-curricular, he oversees and develops the co-curricular programme, ensuring all pupils enjoy a broad, balanced and value rich education.
Gareth’s career highlights include long haul rugby tours to Australia and New Zealand and watching the pupils grow as young people through their time at the school.
Gareth is a Governor at St Luke’s School and The Collett School as a parent governor. Gareth Lives in Welwyn with his wife Jessica, son Jonty and daughter Imogen. Gareth has an HDipEd from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and a Masters in Educational Management from the University of Buckingham.
