Greg joined St Albans School in 2013 as Co-Head of Sixth Form. In September 2018, he was appointed to the role of Assistant Head - Higher Education and Careers in which capacity he manages and co-ordinates the extensive support students receive as they prepare for life beyond the school gate.
Prior to school teaching, Greg taught English Literature at Rhodes University, South Africa, where he completed his PhD. His interest in supporting young people through education has led him to serve as a school governor at two schools in Hertfordshire as well as taking up the role of a Foundation Director for a multi-academy trust made up of seven schools.
