Chandrika Screen spent 25+ years in business consultancy (EY and Deloitte), initially working with corporate and public sector clients on complex projects, providing advice on financial structuring and capital raising, procurement and risk management, and then subsequently developing and implementing strategic projects involving digital transformation and change management, coaching and people development.
Chandrika is passionate about social mobility and promoting education as a key lever to advancement, and has participated in many initiatives in this area, including mentoring students and running workshops.
Chandrika read Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Brunel University, with sponsorship from London Underground Limited, and is married with two sons - one an OA, and one who currently attends St Albans School.
